Depth of field

This is my example of narrow depth of field. I like it because only the little light bulb is in focus. I made the colors weaker to bring out the brightness of the light bulb. I used portrait mode for this picture.

Shutter speed: 0.033333
Aperture: f/3.1
Focal length: 6.5 mm
ISO: 160

I picked this one for medium depth of field because the whole tree part is in focus ,but the background isn't. I also like the shadows in the background even though the aren't in focus they are still cool looking.

Shutter speed: 1/320
Aperture: f/3.1
Focal length: 6.5 mm
ISO: 80

Lastly, this is for wide depth of field. This whole picture is in focus: the branches, the snow, the pine needle, and the weeds. Out of all three, this isn't my favorite, I like the medium depth of field the most.

Shutter speed: 1/160
Aperture: f/8.0
Focal length: 6.5 mm
ISO: 80

  2. I really like your narrow and medium. I like your wide to but just not as much. Also I think you have to change your middle picture because it says wide depth of field and I think its supposed to be medium.
